Oh my. I like acid. My single most common complaint with wines is that they don't have enough acid. But this is too much, even with food. I made kirs out of it.

One of two wines paired with steamed lobster. While I like the wine, the pairing was not the best. The lemony bright taste it thought would pair well but it just didn't work as well as the un-oaked chardonnay.

Tasted at a Spanish themed dinner party. Probably not wine for everyone but I liked it paired with the Iberico Ham wrapped shrimp. Strong lemon citrus component - almost enough to make you pucker. Almost tasted under-ripe but in a pleasant way. This would be a fun wine to pair with fried seafood.
