Lovely showing ten years since our last bottle. Still showing its demi-sec sweetness, with hints of age in its honey and apricot flavors, but with plenty of balancing acidity. Nice spice notes (ginger) add complexity. Delicious and doesn’t seem in danger of going downhill anytime soon.

I have recently had a couple of dry chenin blancs with some age (as well as one somewhat underwhelming moelleux) and this was for me the proverbial Goldilocks "just right." The acids were well-balanced, making this bottle gulpable. Lovely floral and honeyed aromas

Very pretty mature chenin. Golden color, honey and almond aromatics, rs not very perceptible. Planning to drink remaining bottles in the next year or two.

No hint of advancement. Rich golden yellow appearance. Acidity has subsided but this wine is not flabby. Predominant nose and taste of honey...the fancy single-flower-varietal from a farmer's market kind of honey. Up next is a montage of fruits prancing by the palate with a yakity-sax soundtrack. I taste apricots (dried/jam) and fresh kiwi but there's a lot more complexity.
This bottle would be Exhibit A in the lecture for "the older I get, the more I just want to drink white wine".

Honey and white flowers. Slightly cloying on the finish. Not enough acid for me.
