  Conditioning : Not decanted , label not hidden, service temperature : 7°C (!).
  Shy nose of citrus , quite hidden by the to fresh temperature. Mouth sharp, mineral and finishing with only a the just enough chablis touch of stone-hay flavor. Simple and balanced. I' ve just tried yesterday a chablis Droin 2009 le mont du milieu and there's a to big gap in quality and complexity for 3 eur difference.
