  Soft and well balanced with creamy apricot and backed up with the right acidity; smooth and clean with good finish.

  Pale golden in color. The nose is limes, some green pepper, some white pepper and a bit of asparagus. Really open, complex and enticing. Not as good on the palate, but still nice. Limes mostly and starting to fade a bit. Still, it worked well with food and was a pleasant find on a local eatery list.
