Surprisingly delicious. Full color - hinting at an oily texture. The bouquet was just as full - pepper, a hint of mint. Deep. The palate was womderful. A bit sweet on the attac developing into a wholesome experience with black berries, tobacco and pepper plus a minty shade in the back of the mouth. The aftertaste was wonderful. 15+ sec. Drink now - but with a good meal. I had it with Boeuf Stroganoff.

Drank the last two the yesterday. I can only confirm my original tasting-note. Magnificant wine. Drink now.

Wines of Delas Freres (Raffles Hotel Wine, Food and Arts Experience 2007) (Raffles Hotel, Singapore): From magnum. Pickled vegetables on the nose. Fresh acidity on the delicate palate. Red berries, round tannins and a long finish.

Horrible wine. Thin, acidic, out of balance, green tannins, yuk! Avoid!
