  • Drunk at the end of a dinner with friends. Popped and poured.
This was simply stunning. Very high acidity, which completely counterbalances the sweetness. In fact it doesn't feel sweet at all. Too bad we didn't give time to the wine to fully develop its aromatics, but I found the nose beautifully complex. On the palate the play between fresh citrus sensations and the hints of candied fruit was lovely. Amazing length.

  • Sweet/sour nose - peach lime, passion fruit, creamy, crisp, intoxicating, spicy. Enters soft with peach, honey, spices, lime - much better with spicy food - it really makes it perfectly racy. Brown spices, peachy, stones. Finish is crisp, peach, lime, lemon, passion fruit. Really delicious - singular auslese. Nose - 5-5.5/6, Palate - 5/6, Finish - 5+/6, Je ne Sais Quoi - 1.5/2 = 16.5-17/20.

  • Abundantly fruity nose with dried apricots to delicate melony tropical notes. Florality and slight smoky nuances.
Sweet and concentrated but beautifully balanced electrifying palate with fine precision. Stone fruits, apricot, fine slatey minerality and spice and honeyed richness. Unending.
Amazing stuff! Something to fill one´s cellar with.
