  Dark ruby-magenta in color. Aromas of dark plums, hint of cocoa, minerals and spices on the nose. A powerful palate shows sappy and sweet-savory dark red fruits with hint of mole sauce, good acidity and fine tannins framing the mineral finish. Nice, especially given the vintage.

  Some nice Burgs (and a few others): Fresher and fruitier than the 2002, mainly supported by tannin, not bad but a bit clumsy.

  Definitely a new style, lots of dark fruit, not a fruit-bomb; of course not bright don't buy if you're taste is old world style, you might be disappointed. Nevertheless, an amazing Village surpassing many premier cru's. In the end this is a wine that comes beautiful together.

  Dark red in color. Aromas veer towards the black fruit spectrum with black plums, raspberries, cocoa powder, underbrush and minerals on the nose. A weighty palate follows with waves of ripe crushed small black fruits, minerals, dense mid palate sap and brown spice on the long and fruit filled finish.
