  Großartig, vollmundig, körperreich, die Süße wird durch Frucht und Struktur abgepuffert, rundum ein Genuß.

  Double decanted a few hours before service. Great flavor and good balance with controlled alcohol heat. However, the wine exhibited little sweetness, which was unexpected. I'll have to open another soon to see it it's a normal characteristic.

  No formal notes. Quite mature LBV. Currants. Some heat in the finish, but for the rest all is very soft and friendly. In 2012 there were more dark berry fruits and the alcohol was showing less than it does now. Still a very pleasant Port wine.
