  Light to medium yellow with tiny bubbles. Light on the nose with some yeast, green apples and gravel. Medium acidity (5/10) and light plus body. Lots of citrus zest, minerality, and some green apples. Medium length finish. Drink now.

  Virginia Wine Country; 11/5/2010-11/6/2010: Lemony citrus, pear, and toast. Middle of the road brut sparkler with nice balance. 50% Cab Franc, 50% Chard.
