In which I host the Supper Club- Burg, Bordeaux and boeuf Bourguignon. (My place.): A nice way to get the evening rolling. Refreshing and bright with moderate sweetness balanced nicely by juicy acidity. It shows a fairly typical profile of yellow fruits with nice minerality. Not as chalky as say from Huet, but more like crushed white rocks. Good stuff. A-/B+.

Bright citrus. Some sweetness but balanced by acidity. Simple but delicious.

A little sweet, but enjoyable, melon and citrus

Mid straw; oak kissed minerality, inviting, crunch apple; off dry, softness cut by refreshing acidity. Easy going finish, pleasant, decent length. To drink young.
