Front half of a July 4th Virtual Tasting. Served at cellar temperature. Steely nose, honey, white flowers and cotton candy. Palate is creamy lemon oil, lime and a hint of grapefruit, off dry, acidity pops in and grows. Turns mouth puckering as the fine tannins set in. Long tart finish. Very enjoyable. Bargain @ $18.99. Thanks to my Old World counterpart for the suggestion.
