Deeply garnet colored but translucent at the rim, the nose yields delicate notes of dried black cherry, cherry blossom, fig, plum, spice and – the aromatics are intensified but remain fresh. The palate in incredible – dried cherries, raspberries, cranberries, plums, consistent with the nose but embedded with great cured meat minerality, and acid on a stone dusty tannic frame. Mid-weight with good persistence on the palate. @bruisedpalate

Had at Nosh, in Omaha. Outstanding aroma. Fruiting, smooth and pleasing on the nose. First taste was like silk. Ten followed with some fruit and a slight hint of tannin. This was a great wine.

Dried fruits in the bouquet. On the palate a firm amount of sweetness and mainly red fruit juice. Nice balance between sweetness, acidity and bitterness. Certainly an ok Amarone. 89 for now.
