  Medium purple/ruby color. More open than my last bottle after 30 minutes in the glass. Super aromatic, perfumed and seductive, but still young notes of black and red currant, some smoked bacon, sweet and savory spices, green bell pepper, crushed flowers like violets, graphite, lead pencil, later also some cedar wood and cinnamon. It's medium+ bodied, pretty dense with very good mid-palate weight, has medium+ acidity and good freshness. The medium+ tannin is ripe but still present and adding grip and structure. The finish is pretty long with saline notes. It feels like this is till young but already so good (as often with Loire Cabernet Franc). I will really try to keep my remaining bottles for a little longer...

  Medium purple/ruby color. Still a little reticent, with notes of red currant, also some black currant, spices, green bell pepper, automn leaves, some mild bacon notes, also some mineral graphite notes and flowers. It's medium-bodied but dense, with medium+ acidity and nice freshness. The medium+ tannin is perfectly ripe and still present, but beautifully integrated. The finish is pretty long with saline notes. At the moment this is more about texture and less about aromatics, as they are holding back a little. It has a very beautiful mouthfeel though with a lot of silkiness and all in a weightless style. I will give my remaining bottles another 2-3 years (if I can wait). I think the best is still ahead. (92+)
