This wine was fresh and still crisp with apple and citrus. Nice balance with medium acid and body. Lovely and quite enjoyable. Some Minerality and hints of tropical fruit.

Despite being from a less heralded vintage than '99, the 1er cru terroir definitely shone. Superb nose with a correspondingly kaleidoscopic flavors. Excellent presence and finish here. Excellent for its level and this is how all aged Burgs should evolve.

Dinner with the guys (Hakumai @ International Plaza): I must say that the whites that we had so far were all showing very well, and this was no different. Again, a very beautiful nose of flowers, ripe yellow fruits, honey. On the palate, this was more precise than its '99 P-M cousin. So fine (finesse) and pretty, there was tons of minerality (flinty/chalky) that it showed. Quite an intense finish. Fabulous!

Pretty fruit forward nose with citrus and a touch of tropical fruit. Pretty ripe palate quite unlike the typical 04 white, with time the acidity started to show and better balanced, very long and persistent finish with lots of minerals and wet stone. Will be better with more age.

Lemon peel and citrus on the nose. Good layers of fruit with good complexity and balance. Long finish. A great white burg!
