Light on aroma. THe palate was pear and mango-flavored with a finish of green apple skin. THe mouthfeel was not particularly captivating (a little light/thin, though weighted by some alcohol), but the flavors were yummy. Acid was well-balanced. This opened up well in the hours the bottle was opened. A very nice chardonnay, and possibly the best I've had from WA (so...best of 5? Not serious praise, in any case...)

Popped and poured. One of the better Washington Chardonnays on the market. Nose was very complex with elements of green apple, mineral and what I can only describe as the aroma of the seared crust on a piece of grilled halibut. Mouthfeel is the perfect balance between the acidity and creamy texture. Flavor was a combination of baked apple crisp with a touch of lemon curd on top. Finish lasted a good 30 seconds. All in all a solid bottle of wine. Would purchase again.

Amazing aromatics. Very pure and focused, with a real combination of depth and lightness--depth of flavor but a lithe structure with excellent acid.

I enjoyed the complexity of flavor and the golden delicious apple aromas quite a bit.
