Dinner at Ma Cuisine (Beaune): Absolutely sensational right now, a great comparison with its 2002 counterpart tonight. This wine is charming today with lots of spice on the nose and palate with really elegant red fruit from start to finish. Good floral character might come from the Roumier style and small amounts of whole cluster. Not the most dense wine, with only moderate acidity and length, this is another example of how well 2000s are showing today.
