This was my first wine made from the indigenous to Cyprus xynisteri variety. Pale yellow. Fairly sweet nose with quince, apricot and tropical scents. Medium-bodied, crispy, with bright fruit and high acidity. Long aftertaste.

Dry citrus flavors, backed by good acidity. Light to medium bodied. Not terribly complex, but pleasant in itself.
