Lemon and slight cheese (anari) nose. Acidic and bright w/ lovely mouth-coating citrus curd. Cold minerals hold a spine. Great texture. Warms a bit to nectarine-like. Mineral also lifts off a lot. Really lovely stuff.

(Petritis is blended from pure-tank Xynisteri and a barreled portion that goes about 2-3 months.)
Tank : Intense lemon zinger on the palate. Grassy, feral brush and greenhouse heat nose. Really edgy and nervous
Barrel : Softer nose with more conventional grassy aromatics. Cleaner, more modulated. Mineral notes come out more than tank.
