  • Setting: WSET Diploma / Barry Brown
Appearance: bright, pale straw yellow core with green flecks, very narrow watery rim, viscous
Nose: medium intensity, banana leaf, funky, mineral-anise notes, floral, pear and tropical fruits, fat & oily, grassy-herbaceous sauvignon blanc-like
Palate: dry, citrus, mineral, anise, grapefruit pith, low-toned in general - lower acidity and alcohol, lighter bodied with a short finish
Comments: >$10 CAD, simple and quaffable, drink now
