Bij het heerlijke warme weer geopend en koel gedronken bij de saoto soep. Uitstekende match, het frisse bitter van de Verdejo met het bittertje van de taugé en de pittig, gekruide soep. Minder goed bij de daarna volgende Vietnamese loempia. Voor de rest, prima, fruitig en knisperend fris, mooie zuren en grapefruit bittertje,

Cant go wrong with Verdejo and shellfish. Marques de Riscal started to replant the Verdejo variety in 1972 and significantly influenced that Rueda region got DO status in 1980. Floral nose, pronounced acidic and nice peppery finish. Price is unbeatable.
