  A gorgeous nose of perfumed black cherry, aniseed spice, sweet earth and some dried flowers. It has good depth and flesh and is still very youthful. It is velvety and layered and finishes with mineral precision and fans out. Terrific balance and harmony.

  Dallas 2nd Wednesday Group - July 2010 (Urbano's in Dallas, TX): Tasted non blind at a wine dinner. Garnet color in the glass, clear hue throughout. Nose of potpourri, pepper, earth, berries and cherries. Solid flavors of berries, cherries and plums. Bright acidity, medium to firm tannins, fairly full bodied. Drink now with some air time or continue to hold. Right around the 92+ mark for me.
