  Raspberry and sous bois; somewhat muted nose; long and elegant, fruit faded but still a fairly majestic presence; good, but well past prime
  One Hour Onwards: Nose is similar but slightly richer and more brooding; on palate slightly more open and slightly more fruit with a good presence and balance, and once again hints of majesty, but a bit tart and in decline; enjoyable dying Burgundy
