  Very good balance between classic Nebbiolo and more fruit driven style. It has the classic notes of roses and cherries, but with an almost peppery layer on top. Starting to show maturity and the balance is impeccable. Drinks really well now and should keep for some years to come, but I am not sure how much better it will become.

  Riserva indicated. One hour decant. Low intensity Nebbiolo but improved as it warmed in the glass. At its best, mostly roses on the nose and a clear one note cherry flavor. Light in the mouth, lacks richness, light smooth tannin and a medium finish. Better next day and needs more bottle time. Reminiscent of a good Nebbiolo d' Alba.
