This time popped the cork and slow oxed for 10 h and then decanted and drank over 7 h. Didn't opened up like last time, just tasted like a cheap but OK no-name nebbiolo. No backbone, time to drink up.

PnP a half bottle. Cherries and chocolate on the nose. To begin with the taste was completely closed, no change with the Vinturi either, and then after about one hour in the decanter, from one second to another like if someone had opened a door, there was a taste completely in harmony with the bouquet! Will go back to Systembolaget and get some more of these.
