Glass: Zalto Universal Popped and poured, drunk over two days (half bottle, AP#10). Glowing, medium golden color. Beautiful fresh and complex Mosel nose, lots of exotic fruit, yellow stone fruit and some mineral notes. Piercing, but ripe acidity, that balances the sugar beautifully. Only 7,5% abv. Wonderful balance and harmony, clear precise fruit, long and lingering finish. Needs time and air if drunk now. Potential for the next two decades. Beautiful! 93-94

Riesling! (Yokohama, Japan): Served blind. Half bottle. Medium minus intensity, slight sulphur, dusty initially, slightly meaty. On the palate it's spritzy, quite citric, textured mid palate, medium plus length, simple, young. Mosel, 2012, Auslese

Glass: Zalto Universal Clear, deep golden color with a touch of amber that is rather unusual for such a young wine. Clean, medium intense nose. Very concentrated, some honey, zests, ripe citrus, but also some slightly oxidized/cooked notes. Medium-sweet with high, razor sharp and perfectly integrated acidity. Only 7,5% abv. On the palate you can feel the vibrant energy, but again some cooked notes. Citrus, fine apricot, tangeringe, herbs, peach. Long and lingering finish with a fine apricot note. Great tension and perfect balance, creamy, never cloying. Unfortunately, this is not an optimal bottle, I assume bad storage or warm delivery, so I will not officially rate it. At this current state around 90+, without the oxidized notes it would be easily 93+94.
