  My first Vin Juane after years of reading about it with interest. I loved this wine which had a very sherry like nose of nuts and mushroom/earth. The flavors were bright and mellowed considerably by the second day when the body became more rich and the flavors more nutty-especially filberts. Long and very interesting finish. Good with cheese and surprisingly good with salami!
