Hanging Out w/ Burgundy & Jura (Weygandt Wines & Ripple): Far more accessible and open that I had imagined. Nice citrus with nutty notes, that were a bit on the mute side. With some air, some peach and pear flavors emerged and the nuttiness grew. I'd hope that with more air and/or bottle aging, the nuttiness will continue to expand.

Nutty, complex, aromatic, morphing, a finish that goes on and on. Go get some.
