Easter Break Champagnes (Bollinger 90/6/7, Krug NV/90, Jacquesson 95 Rose/Blanc etc) (France): Mid copper a bit more generous than the blanc, some sweet light fruit giving depth to a quite dry core of citrus and light yeast with a hint of caramel, more acid than the blanc too. Better
