  Color amarillo ambarino ligeramente dorado, muy brillante y gruesa lágrima que fluye lentamente. Magnífica intensidad y frescura en nariz con unos finos aromas de orejones y abundante miel de naranjo, mermelada de naranja amarga, lichis, avellanas peladas; al cabo de un rato, a medida que el vino se oxigena se perciben sensaciones de mermelada de ciruelas verdes (recuerdos de infancia de esa mermelada Helios…), un carácter jerezano que se va perfilando poco a poco que muestra su notable evolución en botella, pastelería dulce con fruta escarchada y un fino toque de vainilla seca de fondo. En boca tiene una extraordinaria entrada, intenso en todo su recorrido con una notable cremosidad, meloso, ciruelas amarillas muy maduras, melón maduro y manzana al horno, muy buena acidez, suave dulzor que no empalaga sino que le aporta volumen y amplitud, caramelo de melón, fino, muy sabroso y magnífica persistencia. Final bien largo y postgusto de fruta amarilla cremosa.

  The first thing to hit is the amazing apricot/honey nose. then to taste and the layers of apricot, peach, honey, vanilla and the flavor list goes on and on. Smooth, balanced acidity. Highly recommended.
