  A very elegant and delicious sparkling wine made in the traditional method and a fine example of the quality coming out of the UK in this style. With climate and soil almost identical to Champagne at this time, the conditions are perfect to make a bubbly that rivals the best of France. Pale gold with a delicate mousse as well as brioche notes. Enjoyed it for New Years eve 2013.
