Bit of tart on entry, with nice dark Chambolle fruit, medium tooth-gripping tannins there. Very nice and for me, punches above its’ weight for a villages wine. Good to drink now, but should hold up for years. Have it with roast chicken or something savory on a cold winter’s night.

Color: medium red Nose: very tight, Palate: very shut, light bodied, quite disappointing, if you have this do not open it now, is this an off bottle or shut down?

After 45 minutes. Smells of earth, game, and a mix of red & blue stone fruits. Tastes of elegant red stone fruit that matures into deep red and black fruits balanced against an earthy minerality. More Gevrey in character than Chambolle. Full Bodied.
