tasty chard, not overly fat, oaky or buttery, but a bit plump, enough acidity to provide a counterpoint to the fuit. I don't drink much CA chard, but this is as nice as I've had in some time

Opened and not decanted and served at cellar temp. There is nothing worse for a wine husband to hear than "I need a white wine for this soup that I'm making. Do we have anything open?" The answer is always no (as I don't buy that many whites) which means that I actually have to think about what wine is going to be sacrificed on the alter of cooking. Citrus and tropical fruit notes in the empty glass. Exotic spice on the entry with ginger and black pepper notes; medium weight in body with some viscosity; somewhat elevated heat with lemon citrus; ends with a spicy finish. Good.

13.8% alcohol. Medium yellow color. Solid nose of apple and pear, with light minerality. In the mouth, focused and slightly oily, with good acidity and a moderate finish. Tasty. B+

Light gold- color with distinct lemon flavors and acidity on the finish. Hubby thought the acidity was high but I liked it along with the lack of overt oak. Nice chard!

Almost as good as the 09. I think it needs more time to show its stuff.
