  Un vin vraiment intéressant sur la jeunesse mais en même temps très ouvert et digeste. Au nez, mix de fumé, de fruit rouge, pouvre vert, sous bois et champignons
  En bouche, les aromes sont super mais les petits tannins restants débalancent un peu l’ensemble, d’où mon terme jeunesse, un peu d’élevage est encore perceptible. Belle finale fruitée et fumée
  Sur un plateau, à boire ! 90 pts
  Super accord avec le steak de chevreuil !

  Flasche war immer in Dormagen. Lediglich die Bekömmlichkeit leidet bei 14,5% Vol. laut Etikett.
  Perfekte Flasche. Sehr guter, 49 mm langer, Naturkorken. Erst zu 2 % mit Wein durchtränkt.
  Glas: Grand Palais Exquisite von Spiegelau.
  Auf dem Höhepunkt. Kein Zeichen von Alter oder Schwäche.
  Dunkelfruchtig, konzentriert, modern, ein bisschen technisch, jedoch ohne zu kühl dabei zu wirken. Frische und keine Marmelade. Gute Konzentration. Im Abgang mittellang. Syrah! Gut bis sehr gut, aber nicht groß. 88-90 Punkte? Gute Primärfrucht. Hintenraus jedoch etwas flach, technisch, zu modern, zu unstimmig.
