Nose has some nice yeasty/bready hints over rather simple sharp fruit aromas. Clean but a touch candied on the palate. Decent inexpensive quaffing fizz. At the supermarket offer price of £7, preferable to most cavas.

Very pale, very active mousse in the glass, even after a few minutes. Lemon and a little straw on the nose, candied peel, not too distinctive, but clean. Quite a creamy citrus taste, nicely balanced acidity. Mousse is acceptable. Fruity, fun, and not at all bad for the price - typical Australian fizz. Serve as an apéritif, or mix into cocktails. Not serious, and not worth the original price. [Tesco, reduced from around £11.50 to £4.99]
