  Lovely. It started quite slow and a bit waxy but grew in the class and lightened in weight over more than 1 hr open. A great food wine.

  A late sub for a tragically corked bottle of Raveneau 99 Montmains. Served a bit too warm at first, this started blocky and even a little fat. As the wine chilled and unclenched with more air it opened up to reveal stone fruit and stone notes with faint aromas of garrigue and green tea. the palate became less honeyed and waxy and gained suavity. There's an intriguing inner mouth perfume here and this shone with a shellfish nage with shrimp and fish quenelle.

  Premiere fois avec Travallon blanc, un vin assez impressionnant, bien que classique de prime abord (le nez toast boisé d'Hermitage) et fort séduisant.
  en s'étant il trouve le juste équilibre entre richesse et tension, opulence et salinité (aucune lourdeur). Et quelle longueur en bouche!
  Praliné, patissier, il a aussi de relans de Meursault, et même s'il évoque d'autres appellations, il a en même temps une indéniable identité (le soleil, la salinité). Très beau!

  Yellow-green color. Musty quince and gooseberry on the nose. Slightly sweet with durian notes, bizarrely, banana leaf, and an assortment of other tropical fruits. Unusual and delicious.

  Le nez est très floral, devenant plus mielleux en réchauffant. Lorsque bu plus frais, on est sur les arômes de poires et de coing, de pommes, mais le fruit est masqué par l’acidité apparente (le vin est froid donc paraît plus acide). Une finale sur les épices douces (muscade). Avec l’aération dans le verre et en se réchauffant, le nez dévoile des arômes de pommes cuites et beaucoup de miel avec une pointe oxydative. En bouche, le vin a complètement changé, principalement sur les arômes de melon et l’amertume s’accentue.
