  Good amount of fruit of dark berries, but not overpowering. Very, very good with grilled meat.

  Nose: There is a meaty backdrop right away along with black cherries, kirsch, mesquite, and some hot stones.
  
  Taste: Medium/full bodied with chewy tannins. While on the bigger side, it is held well with black cherries, kirsch, mesquite, hot stones, and some black fruits.
  
  Overall: This received about 4ish hours of air before drinking. It continued to keep opening up with even more air along with adding more spices and lavender. This is drinking pretty well in its youth, but there is definite room for improvement.
