  BYOB dinner NOTK (Supernova hotel, Rotterdam): Great BA; lean and tight, while being generous. The acidity is just an amazing match with the sweetness and the aging has given it a great tertiary profile

  香气相当甜美，带有浓稠黏密的苹果酱、桃杏果干、大量的热带果酱、枇杷、咸柠檬、蜜饯柑橘等果味，还有焦糖布丁、蜂蜜结晶和柠檬茶之类的甜香，本应是势大力沉，但却有收束之感，各种味道沉稳交融。刚开瓶的时候，中后段有着些许焚香、燧石烟雾和细矿物的气息，仿佛寺庙的烟雾缭绕，宁静而有些看不太真切（这个味道会慢慢散去，留下更明确的甜香，但是我个人却有些钟爱这种表达）。入口酸度结构大，集中度很高。霸道扩张，富有冲击力，从舌尖开始便沿着口腔所有平面扩张，迅速占领整体，甚至连高甜都压制住了，一反儒雅之感，反而突出了一种快意恩仇的飒爽。大量的果味，桃杏果脯、苹果馅和热带果自不待言，还有着乌梅果酱、柠檬茶、咸柠檬、蜜饯柑橘和枇杷糖浆味，中后段有干花，蜂蜜和焦糖味。后段烟雾缭绕，矿物扑簌，收尾酸度依然强劲，生津效果好，激起持久生津。96+/100
