  I wanted to like this more than I did. It was quite nice, but failed to get into that "excellent" range. The fruit was just a bit thin and the wine was a tad drying on the palate. Still, lovely red fruited aromatics and a nice finish. This did get better and add weight after being open about 2 hours. I don't see this improving.
