Once again, another bottle of Trisaetum worthy of one of the best American Rieslings. No American winery I have tasted rieslings from is as consistently great as Trisaetum, in my humble opinion. Mouthwatering acidity, minerality and slight hints of Petrol with some apple notes in the fruit spectrum.

Just incredible for a New World Riesling! I don't know how James coaxes those German qualities out of his grapes, but it truly is impressive.

2 Days in the Valley- Day 1 (Willamette Valley, OR): Nose: This is very fresh and balanced with tones of citrus, pears, fig, white fruits, and a good dose of minerals.
Taste: Light bodied with racy high acidity that is a bit punishing. There is some decent depth with tones of citrus, pears, figs, and minerals.
Overall: The dryness is a bit punishing even for me. But, there are really nice tones on both the nose and palate.
