PnP served before dinner. Nose shows lots of nuts, a little lemon and pear. Taste wise get more lemon pith/peel, almonds, slight apple. Good bit of acidity carries the wine.

Dundee Hills Tasting Event In Portland (Portland, OR): Lemons and pears show on the delicate nose. The wine is soft on the palate but it still delivers full acidity. A bit of lemon peel and pear fruit show on the mid palate, and the wine dries nicely.

Lemon, stone fruit, subtle apple. Don't drink a lot of Pinot Gris so don't have a reference point. Found this to be OK but not exciting for my palate.

The Oregon Wine Trail with Dave and Cathy; 5/9/2011-5/10/2011 (Dundee, Oregon): Tangy lemon and stone fruit, decent. Reminded more of a viognier.

Nicely balanced, with crisp acidity, subtle apple and pear flavors, and a long finish, but it's still a Pinot Gris.
