Colour: Light red, typical "old world" Pinot colour. Nose: Sweet red fruit like raspberry, strawberry and a bit of red cherry mixed with aromas of red meat, iron, cinnamon and some asian spices. Palate: Very light but well balanced on the palate. Fresh acidity & great drinkability. Very good food wine.
My first wine from the Jura and it was a pretty interesting one. Think I need to buy some more stuff from this region.

Tissot Jura Tasting: Stalks, graphite and lightly meaty nose. Palate is lightly bodied and fairly well balanced. it's decent to drink but much less interesting than the Poulsard served before it.
