  淡柠檬色，闻香有植物根茎和淡淡白花的香气，杯中醒酒一段时间状态更加开放，能感受到梨和橘皮的香气，一些饼干气息，矿物质味，入口酸度中高，酒液咸，收口有点甜，还原味的矿物质气息，奶油味明显，饼干和一些植物味，这时的感觉有点像里奥哈的维尤拉，慢慢品尝，香气不断变化，桃子和梨的味道开始释出，后段是一些植物的辛辣和微苦，酒体偏瘦，收尾有点水感，余味冰糖和吐司面包，长久的留香。香气很特别的一支波尔多白葡萄酒，持续不断的变化让人惊艳，和传统的波尔多白葡萄酒严肃的风格有些不同，特点鲜明，独一无二。

  Very pale color. Medium expressive nose displaying very linear none descriptive white fruit, perhaps lemon and kiwi, rain water, spicy spices and wet stone. There is no Sauvignon Blanc grassiness. Beautifully integrated palate, very finely layered white citrus fruit, bright acidity and limestone mineral, and a medium to long elegant white fruit driven finish. It is elegant, energetic and precise. Not sure if this is worth $200.

  The wine was very pale yellow. Very fresh on the nose with light summer flowers, stone fruits and citrus. There was marked acidity on the nose. The same flavours continued on the palate which represented a very zingy and focus wine with a streak of acidity down the middle of the palate. It was rather lemony and citrusy. The acidity was a mite bit too tart for me. A well made but quite predictable wine. I kinda expected better from Chateau Palmer.

  Sourced direct from the chateau, the privilege of having friends who are part of the palmer family.
  Quite a bit waxy, and with a rich fruit combo, a bit of Rhone white in style, light bitter finish. Not really to the level that we expected from Palmer. Decent white but not great. 88

  Honey dew, cream, vanilla ice cream, swimming pool on the nose. Good fruit on the palate, acidic, decent stone fruit finish.
