  Schätzchen aus der KK - Süss - lecker - Honig - wie Kuchen. Gut - aber nicht grenzgenial. Für mich hätte es mehr Spiel, mehr Eleganz und insbesondere mehr Säure bedurft, um
  mich für den Wein zu gewinnen.

  Online Blind Tasting #8: 2011 Riesling Horizontal: Note is based on a tasting sip in the morning on day one, ~3cl on the evening and 0,1l filled in a bottle on the evening of day three.
  Glass: Zalto Universal
  Clear, deep golden color with some slight amber hues. Clean, medium+/pronounced, youthful nose. Lots of ripe exotic fruit, floral notes, lots of botrytis (spices, honey), very concentrated, but not overly complex or deep.
  Sweet, almost luscious. It certainly has a high amount of acidity, but it could not handle the sweetness perfectly. It is a bit sticky/cloying, especially at the finish. Only 6,5% abv.
  On the palate lots of fine, round and elegant exotic fruit, some floral notes, fine vanilla. Very delicate and airy, almost subtle. Still like fine fruit juice. I have a bit mixed feeling here. The elegance is certainly impressive, but for me it lacks a bit tension and pressure. The finish is very long, but not expressive. Very fine and delicate. At the very end a bit sticky, that gives me the impression that it lacks a bit of acidity. Is it simply too young? I honestly don’t know. What happens, when the sugar integrates more? Certainly a beautiful wine, but the price tag is mediocre to me at best. 92-94

  Keller 2011: Klar, mildt gyllen gul . Elegant, søtlig nese med mildt tropisk preg. Fyldig, fokusert frukt med intens sødme og preg av moden gulfrukt. Silkemyk struktur. Avdempet syre. Flott lengde.
