  Beautiful light ruby color and medium legs. The nose hints at is still relative youthfulness with its notes of strawberry and blackberry. But the first taste will convey its structure with near perfect balance (for a near four year old). Raspberry lights the front of the palate but hold on--no fruit bomb here. The fruit quickly gives way to a rustic stoniness and forest floor and then evolves to a very distinctive milk chocolate lingering finish. We debated between dark and milk chocolate so maybe we just call it cocoa. A little hot on the mid-palate so be patient and let it cellar for a couple more years to reach a more perfect balance.
  
  We just paired it with dark chocolate and that did not work at all. Just relax and enjoy!
