  Dekantert. Drukket over 3 dager. Best siste dag. Detaljert nese med kandisert sitron, ananas, pasjonsfrukt og epler. Rik og kremet med moden frukt, harmonisk balansert av syren. Søt og lang utgang. Selv med auslese sødme er dette svært drikkevennlig. Intenst og lekent, passer perfekt til desserter laget på norske epler.

  Glass: Riedel Vinum Riesling
  Drunk over 3 days.
  Clear, pale golden color. Clean, medium+ intense developing nose with lots of passion fruit, ripe apricots, honey and some hints of nail polish remover (VA).
  The medium+ acidity buffers the sweetness quite well. Low alcohol (7,5% abv), but a creamy, medium body and pronounced flavors of exotic fruit juice, that lingers in the mouth for minutes in the long finish. Very nice! Maybe I do this wine wrong, but the only thing to criticize is, that it is a bit one-dimensional and could be a bit more multi-layered for true greatness. Nevertheless this is a very good wine and a perfect entry into Keller’s world of sweet wines. Will certainly continue to evolve and drinkable for at least more than 20 years. Very good PQR.

  Fikk 5t med luft i flaske før konsum. Flott nese med moden frukt og noe mineraler. Savner syren fra 2010-utgaven! Dette blir ikke så komplekst som den. Grei nok men ... vi får se hvordan den oppfører seg på dag 2. Puh, mye bedre på dag 2, alt den trengte var luft! Men uansett er 2010 bedre, i alle fall i min gane som er glad i syre.
