  • Pop and pour and then tried again on day 3. Really tasty, sappy, but does this have a bit of brett?? The structure is really nice, firm acids but totally in balance with the fruit. Just the aromas have this typical animal note that I don't usually get with the region. Still it was so slight that it didn't throw the whole wine off balance.
