Drank along with Columbia Crest Reserve cab, same vintage. CC was somewhat better in depth, richness. FH's savory/herbal notes were interesting, but a bit odd.

This is a beautiful expression of Washington Cabernet Sauvignon. Dark fruits, a little spice, herbal notes, smooth mouthfeel, lingering finish. Buy some if it is available. Another GREAT wine from one of our favorite producers.

What an awesome cab, great QPR! The nose had dark cherries, mocha, dusty earthy (similar to Rutherford dust...wahluke dust). This definitely needs time to breath, I recommend an hour. Silky soft, plush tannins, great acidity to give it great structure. I really like what fielding hills is doing, and it's a great value.

Beautiful fruit forward wine, silky mouthfeel, longggg finish. A little heat at the start but this dissapated quickly. Another great bottle from Fielding Hills.

Opened and drank over two days. Still fantastic on day 2. Could be held for a couple more years!
