Opened at the Le Cadeau dinner alongside a half dozen other Pinot Noirs. I think this wine has seen better days and is starting to fade. Some bricking in the color. Still retains some solid fruit (primarily cherry and red berries) but it seemed to be a little dull on the finish. 86-87 points.

Thsi wine had an interestic rustic perspective to it. Light cherries, apple, spices, cinnamon on the nose and palate, but truly lacked fruit on the palate which probably contributed to that rustic sense I got off of it.

Purchased recently for $11 at a clearance sale. I remember this being rather devoid of fruit and possessing some tea and tobacco notes. Well past its prime, assuming it had one.

Clear pale garnet with significant rim browning. Slate, strawberry, bramble. Medium acids, medium tannins. Cinnamon. Medium to short balanced finish.

Opened by Otis during the Le Cadeau dinner. Dusty ruby color. Aromas of cherries and mushrooms. Sweet red fruit on the palate.
