I've had a few vintages of this 'regular' pinot from Thomas Fogarty and I've always found them very appealing, though I'm not generally a pinot noir person. This was supple, smooth, not much bite, complexity or spice but elegant and appealing.

Dark brick red. Strawberry jam, dried tea and oaky spice on the nose. Plenty of spice on the mid-palate, with a nice red fruit finish. Medium weight, low tannin and acid. Not bad, but not a whole lot of structure or complexity here.
