  Pale gold, fine mousse. Apple and peaches on the nose. Apples and stone fruits with some yeast nice texture that is quickly lost as the bubbles disappear. Drink up this is not for keeping

  Cork was easy to remove? May have allowed the wine to oxidize. Colour of old gold, fine persistent bubbles. Musty Nose? while retaining its fruity flavours it has an overriding oxidised taste.
  
  Not to the standard of previous bottles, could it just be an odd bottle!
